LES PAVOTS: Sir Peter Michael benannte diesen Weinberg nach dem wilden, kalifornischen Mohn, der sich an diesen Berghängen besonders wohl fühlt. Cabernet Sauvignon (zum Großteil), Cabernet Franc und Merlot wurden 1989 auf diesen steinigen Ryolith Böden vulkanischen Ursprungs gepflanzt. Der Weinberg befindet sich auf einer Höhe von 400 bis 450 Metern und ist südlich ausgerichtet. |
