CHARLES über seinen 2024er: “Regarding the 24 Bieler ‘Sabine’ rosé I’d say the key differences are a result of the small crop. We were down about 25% due to frost that disproportionately hit Grenache. It didn’t impact Syrah at all so as a result there is a greater portion of Syrah in the blend. The result is a slightly fuller mid palate, more depth and complexity, almost Bandol esque and a slightly enhanced sweeter red fruit character. The acid is still in tact so it’s got a wonderful finish despite the richer middle. I think you will enjoy it very much. I am very proud of it.”
