FALSTAFF: "Im Duft ebenso viel Stein wie Frucht, und die Frucht ist intensiv: Blutorange, Mandarine, aber auch weiße Blüten, Anis. Dazu Feuerstein, feuchter Fels. Fast etwas Alge. Im Mund mit Extrakt prall gefüllt, im Hintergrund voll und nachgerade cremig, reife, runde Säure, ein Jahrgangstyp in seinem Volumen, aber dennoch mit einem markantem Fingerprint der Herkunft."

DECANTER: "Only made in the best years from 40-year-old vines planted in the coolest part of the Finca Tremoedo vineyard. Attractive citrus aromatics with touches of lime sherbet and mandarin. Vibrant palate, with brisk acidity and mouthwatering lemon citrus and saline notes. Lovely depth and balance here. Super saltiness on the finish. Drinking Window 2021 - 2026"

JANCIS ROBINSON: "Smoky almond wrapped in dried peach and apricot leather and lined with bay leaves. Silk and white pepper. A touch of capsicum, white-chicory-leaf bitterness. This has the apricot-dipped-in-sea-water heart of Rias Baixas but it also has the salad-crunch of celery and cucumber and borage. Hinting towards richness, but not there yet… Complex, changing moment by moment in the mouth like nacreous clouds in the sky. No hurry to drink it."
