  "This is very reductive at this stage, so aeration will be required in order to reveal its attractive floral and minty aromas and dark brambly fruit. It's quite a pleasant mouthfeel, almost Burgundian in character with elements of Morello cherry, but the tannins kick in on the tight finish along with a beguiling gastronomic bitterness. This will require patience."
