Peaches and green fruits but also a mineral, smoky side that might be that fumy aroma I associate with spontaneous fermentation – subtle and inviting. Terrific power on the palate, sour apricot, greengage and ripe lemons and a touch of orange. So much fruit but not simple. Deep, long, mouth-watering."
