  "This beams you to dark side of the moon where you are surrounded by the milky way and nearby stars. In spite of the gigantic concentration of fresh pineapple and pink grapefruit, this is a dark and fundamental wine. Very full-bodied for riesling, but the mind-blowing acidity propels you out of the solar system at warp speed. A cuvee based on 80% Kellerberg with small amounts from other top sites. A small proportion of the grapes were naturally shrivelled (without Botrytis) on the vine. Matured in neutral 500 liter oak casks. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold."
