  "Earlier vintages of this Rolle (Vermentino) were higher in acidity, and the grapes are now harvested a little later, in search of more balance. The result? A perfectly harmonious wine, rich and structured but with great elegance. Medium in body, it has intense aromas: citrus, peach and pear fruit, and a white floral perfume, all replicated in the mouth, with a streak of stony salinity. Fresh, tangy and with great length. Around 15,000 bottles produced, which will increase in future vintages."
