Mouthfilling and succulent with a bright juicy freshness balancing sumptuous strawberry, plum and cherry fruit edged by liquorice, black chocolate and a salty stone minerality. Tannis are chalky and soft filling the mouth with texture and this ends with a lovely bitter stone and flint note. A joy to drink but this has plenty of further ageing potential."
