A prominence of mirabelle wreathed in bittersweet floral perfume suggestive of iris and gentian leads to a juicy and silken palate transparent to nuances of floral, stony, legume sprout, and pungently buckwheat-like nature. The fine mousse here adds to this bottling’s sense of refinement and at once soothing yet stimulating and prodigiously sustained length, with salinity guaranteeing the priming of one’s salivary glands.
