On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, bright and precise, laden with racy acidity and reserves of chalky structuring extract, concluding with a long, mineral finish. This too comes highly recommended."

There is more volume as well as more sappy dry extract that imparts a borderline opulent texture to the middle weight plus flavors that deliver excellent depth and persistence on the balanced finale.
