It's concentrated and powerful, and the balanced acidity drives the wine to an impressive finish. Although approachable now, it will truly begin to open in 10 years. The wine matured for 18 months, partly in tank and partly in cask."

On the palate, it’s medium- to full-bodied, taut and chiseled, with a crisp core of fruit and ample structuring chalky extract, mouthwatering acids and a long, saline finish that underscores the wine’s classical Chablisien profile. It’s built on somewhat tauter, finer bones than Fourchaume."
