Am kompakten Gaumen mit straffer Ausrichtung, weiche Textur, tiefgründig, körniges Extrakt, nervige Rasse und trainierter Körper. Im konzentrierten Finale rote Johannisbeere, dunkle Mineralik und fein sandige Adstringenz. Top Leistung für diesen Zweitwein, besser als letztes Jahr! Gemäß Kellermeister Gabriel Vialard wurden 20 % Presswein verwendet, was sehr wichtig war, um Struktur in den Wein zu bringen. «Normalerweise wird der Presswein wie eine heiße Kartoffel verwendet, nach dem Motto, wo packen wir den am Ende mit rein, dieses Jahr konnten wir den aufgrund der soften Extraktion komplett integrieren »."
