  "Aufhellendes Granat mit mittlerer Dichte, feiner Rand. In der Nase eine Delikatesse, feines Cassis und Damassine, ein verführerischer Hauch Kokos schwingt ebenfalls mit. Im Gaumen saftig, ganz feine seidene Tannine zeigend, tänzerischer Fluss. Das ist der eleganteste La Serre, den ich je degustieren durfte."
