Der Chardonnay Ma Belle-Fille 2021 präsentiert sich in einem jugendlichen Gelb mit silbernen Highlights und enthüllt eine elegante, zarte Struktur mit einem Hauch von Aprikose, Kamille, Gewürzen, Minze und Orangenschale. Er besticht durch frische Noten von Honigmelone, pikanter Zitrusfrucht, Vanille und floralen Akzenten. Das mittlere bis volle Mundgefühl wächst langsam im Gaumen, unterstützt von nahtloser Frische und mündet in einem langen, aromatischen Abgang mit Anklängen von gerösteten Mandeln, Zitronengras und Jasmin. Eine wahrhaft außerordentliche Komposition.

LISA PERROTTI-BROWN: "The 2021 Ma Belle-Fille needs a little coaxing to bring out notes of lemongrass, crushed rocks, Marcona almonds, and lemon drops, leading to notes of Golden Delicious apples and juicy pears. The medium-bodied palate slowly grows in the mouth, with intense apple and mineral layers supported by seamless freshness, finishing with jaw-dropping grace."

THE WINE ADVOCATE: "The 2021 Chardonnay Ma Belle Fille is youthfully coiled at this stage, offering classy tones of crème brûlée, roasted almonds, spring honey and a slowly blossoming core of apricot and peach. The medium-bodied palate is bursting with perfumed layers ranging from jasmine to beeswax and toasty spice. It has a particularly silky texture, soft waves of fresh acidity and a long finish streaked with flint. It deserves plenty of time in the bottle to unwind. 1,661 cases produced."

Full-bodied, with a fresh, clean texture, a rounded feel, and no harsh edges, the palate reveals fresh notes of cantaloupe, pithy citrus, vanilla, and flowers. Drink 2023-2033."
