Â
Champagner Vilmart Grand Cellier Brut 1er Cru:
Unser Tipp! Gerne in großen Gläsern servieren.

**2015 Chardonnay **, Weingut Knipser:
2015 Brunello di Montalcino La Casa ,Tenuta di Caparzo:

93 JAMES SUCKLING: "This has a complex and sophisticated nose that delivers peach fruits and citrus, plus some bolder yellow plum fruits too. The palate is assertive, energetic and concentrated with peach and nectarine flavors met with lemony acidity. Long, really powerful Champagne here. Drink now or age on cork for three or more years."
93 Vinous: "The NV Brut Grand Cellier (2015 base) is fabulous. Rich, ample and creamy, the Grand Cellier is so alluring from the very first taste. All the Vilmart signatures - most notably uncommon elegance - come through loud and clear. Baked apple tart, pear, spice and a hint off butter add nuance, but it is the wine's overall feel that impresses most. Readers will have a hard time keeping their hands off this seductive Champagne from Vilmart.Disgorged: July 1, 2018"
93 WINESPECTATOR: "A classy Champagne, with a lovely, viscous creaminess on the palate, carrying finely detailed flavors of peach skin, spring blossom, steeped raspberry and slivered almond. Long and mouthwatering, with a well-spiced finish. Disgorged December 2017. Drink now through 2025."

2015 Knipser, Chardonnay** **Â
94 THE WINEADVOCATE: "The 2015 Chardonnay Trocken **** is very deep, clear and complex on the nose where ripe fruit flavors are displayed. Full-bodied and with a very firm structure, this an intense but refreshing and finessed Chardonnay with great purity and aromatic length. The power is well dosed and there are so many minerals and crushed stones on the palate that I wouldn’t touch this wine before 2020. This gorgeous Chardonnay has even more purity, salt and verticality than the three-star version that is more on the fruity, rather than mineral side. The finish is very long and intense, with mocha and nutty flavors."
 Â
2015 Tenuta di Carpazo, Brunello di Montalcino La CasaÂ
97 JAMES SUCKLING:"Beautiful combination here of balanced orange and lemon rind and riper glazed cherries, terracotta and scorched earth. Mushroom too. Tightly wound and elegant with a persistent core of mineral acidity and finely wrapped-up tannins. Drink from 2021."Â
95 THE WINEADVOCATE:"Caparzo's 2015 Brunello di Montalcino Vigna La Casa opens to a very fine and precise bouquet that is carefully assembled with crisp berry notes, smoke, tar, licorice and toasted almond. The wine remains very tight and crisp overall, but it does cede to more volume and puts on more weight as it opens in the glass. There is a pretty note of crushed stone or granite on the close. The La Casa vineyard site is characterized by clay soils broken up with shards of Galestro schist that adds to the cool and fresh profile of the wine. This lovely single-vineyard Brunello is almost ready to drink (wait a few more years), but it should also withstand the next 10 years of cellar aging should you decide to put your bottle aside. Some 15,000 bottles were produced. The wine was bottled in August 2019 and released in January 2020."Â
